We started looking for a house just before the pandemic and he was able to adapt and maintain his client focus throughout all of its unique circumstances. From day 1, Mark always had our best interest in mind, he was a great advocate for us in every stage of our home purchasing experience. We looked at many different types of houses: old, new, recently renovated, and in need of renovation. Mark didn’t push his opinion on any of the properties but stated facts and let us make decisions with the best information we could get. If he said he would do something, he did it. One characteristic that stood out to us was that Mark didn’t lead us through the houses at his pace and instruction, he let us explore and move through the house at our own pace. This might be a small detail but it took a lot of pressure off of us. Mark was always on time to the showings and communicated excellently, via phone, email, and text.
