I had the pleasure of working with a new addition to the Delhougne Team, Mark Becker. Although I knew he was an excellent real estate agent from previous exposure, I was skeptical about him joining the Delhougne team and the potential "red tape" associated with him working for a larger agency. Well, my skepticism rapidly dissipated when I met with Mark Becker and Sherri Stevener for the first time to discuss the sale of our home. Not only was Mark the same courteous, reliable and apt agent that I remembered, but he now had this passionate aura presumeably due to the excitement and confidence from working with his new team. It was clear that Mark was taking advantage of the improved resources the Delhougne team had to offer, which resulted in an increased social media presence, but more importantly 19 bookings AND an offer within hours of the very first day of showings. I cant imagine any other agent caring as much as Mark did. Even though it was a fact that Mark was assisting others find their dream home/sell other homes concurrently with the sale of our home, he somehow managed to personalize the experience for us. A near impossible feat. From working around our hectic schedules, fielding endless calls from potential buyers, promptly responding to our endless inquiries, providing us with copious amounts of comparable homes/values, and providing objective data etc. The list goes on.
